1. General Terms and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ab445 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds will only be returned to the payment method through which they were deposited.
- ab445 is not responsible for any issues with the payment gateway.
- To prevent money laundering, we reserve the right to verify identity for large transactions.
- Make sure the correct account number is used when depositing — ab445 will not be held responsible for incorrect transactions.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
- If there is an active bonus balance, the relevant wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10–45 minutes. In some cases, verification may require additional time.
- If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to hold and investigate a withdrawal.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn you an additional ৳6,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager the total bonus amount 10 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳6,000 bonus, you must complete ৳60,000 in wagering.
4.3 Important Bonus Terms
- A member may claim a welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games — restrictions listed on the promotions page apply.
- Before wagering requirements are met, only the real money balance can be withdrawn (not the bonus portion).
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- ab445 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Game Operation Policy
All games on ab445 are powered by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are completely impartial and not predetermined. We are committed to ensuring fair play.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a technical fault or software malfunction occurs during a game, the result of that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. The principle that "technical faults void bets" applies to all games on ab445.
5.3 Sports Betting
The following rules apply to cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches), rugby and all other sports betting:
- Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, wagered funds will be refunded.
- In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last accepted odds will apply.
- Confirmed bets placed before any odds change will remain valid.
5.4 Betting Limits
Each game has set maximum and minimum bet limits. These limits are clearly shown in the game interface. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab445 platform. If any prohibited activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and further action will be taken:
- Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to influence game outcomes using bots, automated software or any other strategic method.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimising illegal funds.
- Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret agreements between multiple players.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in order to claim bonus benefits.
- Unauthorized Third Parties: Accessing another person's account or conducting transactions on their behalf.
- Harmful Activities: Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or carrying out cyberattacks.
- False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or identity verification.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension or Closure by ab445
ab445 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
- If fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected
- If evidence of false identity or forged documents is found
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised
- For security purposes during an ongoing investigation
7.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, the account will be deactivated after any pending withdrawals are completed. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is also available.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The member will be notified in advance by email regarding this.

8.2 Limit of Compensation
ab445's maximum liability in any incident is limited to the amount deposited in that transaction. ab445 is not liable for loss of earnings, indirect, or consequential damages.
8.3 Liability for Gaming Losses
Gaming is a risky activity. ab445 is in no way responsible for losses incurred in games. Only game with money you can afford to lose.
